  • Partnered directly with Nilambur forest cooperatives. All timber used in KeralaDeco projects is now fully RERA-cleared and sustainably harvested.

  • KeralaDeco contract pricing models are now fully backed by Nexston Corporations Pvt Ltd escrow facilities. This guarantees that project budgets remain fixed, and material price spikes are absorbed by the corporate group.

2. 10-Year Automated Structural Warranties

  • Every civil construction project now automatically receives a 10-year structural warranty certificate upon handover, registered under our parent company database.

3. Sourcing Certified Heritage Craftsmen

  • We have established direct employment agreements with heritage artisans in Thrissur and Malappuram, securing traditional woodcarving and stone carving supply channels.
