At KeralaDeco Contracting, we follow a transparent estimation model backed by parent organization Nexston Corporations Pvt Ltd. We guarantee zero budget overruns.
Calculation Formula
We estimate construction costs based on square footage, materials grade, and biophilic components.
Total Cost = (Built-up Area * Material Grade Cost) + Custom Biophilic Addons
Material Grades
- Premium Grade (Rs. 2,200/sq.ft): Standard high-quality concrete, local hardwood fixtures, premium tiles.
- Luxury Grade (Rs. 2,800/sq.ft): RERA-certified fly-ash concrete mixes, Teakwood carvings, imported sanitary fittings.
- Heritage Biophilic (Rs. 3,500/sq.ft): Fully integrated indoor plant irrigation networks, custom Nalukettu central courtyard, traditional Kerala stone masonry.
Our Cost Guarantee
We finalize all billing line items before structural work begins. If cement prices spike, Nexston Group absorbs the cost difference.
