Checklist of Clearances
1. Local Body Plan Sanction (Municipality/Panchayat)
We draft the architectural drawings conforming strictly to Kerala Municipality Building Rules (KMBR) and submit them online through the Sanketham portal.
2. Village Office Verification
Verification of Land Tax receipts, Possession Certificate, and title deeds to check boundaries.
3. Fire Force NOC (For Commercial & Multi-Storey)
Required for structures exceeding 15 meters in height. We install safety stairwells, fire hydrants, and access ways in accordance with national safety codes.
4. Pollution Control Board (PCB) Consent
Obtained for commercial projects and large-scale residential enclaves, guaranteeing proper sewage treatment plants (STP) and dry waste disposal models.
