At KeralaDeco Contracting, structural safety is our top priority. Every project operates under quality audit parameters established by Nexston Corporations Pvt Ltd.

Concrete & Foundations

  • Mix Specification: We use M25 or M30 grade concrete for all major pillars, beams, and foundation slabs.
  • Cube Testing: Compression tests are performed on cast cubes at 7 days and 28 days by independent laboratories. Reports are uploaded directly to the client progress portal.
  • Reinforcements: Only Fe500D or Fe550D TMT steel bars from certified manufacturers (such as Tata Tiscon or JSW Neosteel) are permitted.

Brickwork & Masonry

  • Laterite Stone: Sourced from certified northern Kerala quarries, verified for load-bearing density.
  • Solid Blocks: Manufactured under factory-controlled steam curing, with a minimum compressive strength of 7.5 N/mm².

Plastering & Finishes

  • Sand Compliance: Double-washed river sand or certified manufacturing sand (M-Sand) is used.
  • Curing Protocol: Structural brickwork and concrete plastering are cured for a mandatory 14-day cycle with automated sprinklers to prevent micro-cracks.
